Psychotherapy
Individual & Relationship Therapy
Specialized psychotherapy for individuals and relationships navigating trauma, attachment, and the patterns that follow.
Individual Therapy
Trauma does not always look like trauma.
It can show up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, disconnection, difficulty trusting others, chronic self-criticism, or patterns you understand intellectually but still struggle to change.
Individual psychotherapy looks beyond the symptoms to understand what they are connected to, why certain patterns persist, and how trauma has shaped the way you think, feel, respond, and relate to others.
Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and designed to create change that extends beyond symptom management.
Trauma in Relationships
Trauma rarely stays contained within one person.
It can shape communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, emotional safety, and the ways partners protect themselves when they feel hurt, threatened, rejected, or disconnected.
Many couples spend years trying to solve what feels like a relationship problem when they are actually navigating patterns shaped by trauma and attachment.
Therapy helps make those patterns visible so both people can better understand what is happening between them, communicate differently, rebuild trust, and create greater emotional safety within the relationship.
Healing does not happen by assigning blame.
It begins with understanding.
