Psychotherapy is clinical mental health care and is available only to individuals physically located in a jurisdiction where their treating clinician is licensed to practice. Root & Fray currently provides psychotherapy to clients located in Florida, California, Texas, and North Carolina.

Coaching is a separate, non-clinical service focused on personal development, guidance, clarity, and forward movement. Coaching does not include mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, or treatment of mental health conditions. Virtual coaching is available throughout the United States.

Root & Fray PLLC does not provide emergency or crisis services through this website or through its coaching services. Individuals receiving psychotherapy should follow the emergency and crisis procedures provided as part of their clinical care.
