Concierge Therapy
A Responsive Approach
For some individuals, traditional weekly therapy does not offer the flexibility, privacy, or access their circumstances require.
Root & Fray offers concierge psychotherapy for clients who need a more individualized way to receive treatment without compromising clinical depth or quality.
What is Concierge Therapy?
Concierge therapy expands the traditional psychotherapy model by allowing greater flexibility in how treatment is structured and accessed. Rather than asking every client to fit within the same session length, schedule, or setting, each arrangement is developed around individual needs and circumstances. This may include extended sessions, more adaptable scheduling, increased access between appointments, and sessions in approved private locations. It allows therapy to remain consistent and clinically intentional while adapting to the demands, privacy needs, and complexities of a client's life.
Who is Concierge Therapy For?
This model may be appropriate for individuals who:
Have demanding, unpredictable, or nontraditional schedules
Require a higher level of privacy and discretion
Travel frequently or need greater flexibility in where sessions take place
Benefit from extended or more intensive sessions
Need greater access or continuity between appointments
Need a more individualized and adaptable therapy structure
Your Concierge Plan
Concierge therapy begins with a private consultation to understand your needs, schedule, privacy considerations, and what you are looking for from a more flexible therapy arrangement.
From there, the structure of services is established collaboratively, including session length, frequency, accessibility, location, and other considerations relevant to your circumstances.
Availability & Consultation
Concierge therapy requires more time and availability beyond the therapy hour. For that reason, only a small number of concierge clients are accepted at a time.
Each concierge arrangement begins with a private consultation to consider individual needs, clinical appropriateness, therapeutic alignment, availability, and the level of access and flexibility that would best support treatment.
